Taylor swift is one of my old time favourite songwriter and singer. I love her songs, they are normally stories/meaning behind it and some of them are also related to real life, probably hers or others out there.
There is this one song which is really sad called "Back to December" which my sis and i and maybe others assume it is meant for Taylor (Jacob from Twilight)
My sis, Shely love one of her "Back to December" performance where she plays on the piano and sing in one of the YouTube video.
This picture was taken before she have her new hair cut, it's sophisticated and glamour, and she looks good in it.
I love this look as well after she put it up to a bun. I never imagine her with any other hair do because she looks good in this one, but then, when as you can see from the next picture, turn out i was wrong.
She actually looks specially good in this new hair too. And she look different, remind me a little of Avril, although Avril dont have bangs in the front. She looks really stylist and mature. She looked so confident in that new hair and i know she will have more fans now.
I love this ponytail look as well. She have a small frame face that will look good in any kind of hair do~ You go girl~

It's been ages since i last bought my perfume collection, and since 2011 is coming, i wanted to get something decent that makes me smell feminine and attractive, wahaha~

Shely once told me there was this scent that actually contain pheromones, and turn men around when a female walk pass.

So here are a few of the perfume i found at yahoo search that contain pheromones:

Max Attraction Silk

Paris Hilton

I also need to update my choice of bag, i have a lot of bags but non of which is really "de" bag~ I dont really have glamour bag~ Never really thought of having one, but since i'm now going through my mid 20s crisis, i need to look the part, and feel womenly, although i dont think i look it, but at least my accessories will tell people differently.

But though i wanted those cool and glamour stuff, my bank book doesn't really allow it, and it sucks~

That is why i need to step up my game in saving for 2011.

Right Path

I believe in going the right path, although its not an easy journey but if we believe in our self and never give up doing what we feel is right, we can get to where we want to go. There will always be blockage along the path, and the worse kind of obstruction along the path is temptation, even if its a small one, it can change our whole journey and lead us somewhere we will regret.
I for one, am trying my best to go the right path and trying to stand up to any obstruction in my way and face them with confidence and trust in myself. I believe one day, my path will lead me to where i want.

The causes of sexual harassment at work can be complex, and steeped in socialization, politics, and psychology. Work relationships can be quite intimate and intense, and those involved share common interests. Employee's are dependant on each other for teamwork and support, and are dependant on their supervisor's approval for opportunities and career success. Supervisors and employers can grow accustomed to the power they have over their employees. Such closeness and intensity can blur the professional boundaries and lead people to step over the line. Politics can be a catalyst, and problems caused by poor management, workplace bullying, frustration, and job/financial insecurity, etc., can create hostile environments that leak over into working relationships. Personal problems can also be a factor, and sexual harassment can be a symptom of the effects of life traumas such as divorce, or death of a spouse or child.

Sexist or sexualized environments--full of sexual joking, sexually explicit graffiti or objects, viewing Internet pornography, etc.--usually shape the attitudes that male workers have towards their female colleagues. For example, in an environment where obscenities are common, women are 3 times more likely to be sexually harassed than in an environment where such talk is not tolerated. In environments where sexual joking is common, women are 3 to 7 times more likely to be sexually harassed.

Men still retain most of the workplace supervisory positions, and they are the ones who decide whether or not a complaint of sexual harassment is justified. Because of this, if a woman complains about the man who exposed himself to her, in most cases, she is the one who will be considered the problem. Still, when the supervisor is female, this does not necessarily make her more sensitive to the seriousness of the problem. We are hearing more and more reports of female supervisors blatantly ignoring complaints of sexual harassment of female employees. (Perhaps this is because they don't want to rock the boat with their male-supervisor colleagues?)

Sexual harassment of men does occur, though there is less information about the problem because men are less likely to report the behavior. Sexual harassment of men in the workplace is most often same-sex harassment, and focused on men who are deemed less masculine than the others; however, neither the perpetrators nor the victim will necessarily be gay. Still, there are increasing reports of men being harassed by women, particularly female supervisors.

Men are even less likely to report harassment because of masculine stereotypes, and the pressure to "take anything that comes along." A man may be afraid it is a negative reflection on his masculinity if he does not enjoy the sexual attention, or he may be afraid of having his sexual orientation questioned.

Pink Wall

Check out some of the pink wall i found from google image~ And i'm so loving the colour~ seems so young!! Maybe i'm in denial of my age~
In this picture, i love the curtain, makes the room look sexy~
I think there's not much pink here, only some of the furniture and the curtains with little red in them.
Love this colour, not sure what is the name of this colour~ I think there's mixture of peach in it.
