Enjoy Life Every Moment

A simple Valentine Card i made specially for James. And after i made this, i made about 17 more since valentine, and more recently. I am going to post it ay my sharoncraftcorner.blogspot.com soon but i have not yet determine the price for it, so i need to sort that out first. I realize that i really enjoy making cards, as it takes my mind off office stress and other stress and concentrate on what design to create and how to do it and so on. I recently found a really good blog about stamping and the link is in my favourite, called Amazing Paper Grace. Those interested in stamping or card making can actually check out that blog.

All the cards are simply fabulous and really amazing. I really salute Becca who created all that. Ok, Shely, my interest in card making is just like your interest in make up, in case u got bored reading what im blogging about.

I love these yearns coz' the colours are really nice and babyish. I used the one in the middle and i got the below results. The hat's a little bit small, so the next one, i am going to crochet a larger one.
This below warmer was really random. I was at home and doing nothing and Shala was cleaning my drawer and she dump this bag at me while i was watching TV. And inside was my old yarn from before, i have stopped crocheting after i made a scarf for James about 2 years ago. And i just suddenly pick up the crochet hook from inside the bag and the yarn and start crocheting. Believe me, i don't even know what to crochet at first, then as i go on, i just thought maybe i will make something nice and pink for baby girl and there. That is why, it doesn't look as nice. And the flower failed as well. This was without any tutorial. I did this one last year.

This one below is a pom-pom maker. It cost about BND$15.00 for both size 65 and 85 mm (diameter).

I love the colors of these yarn, but i am now wondering what i should make, another hat or a baby's shirt since i only made one.
These below are my crochet hook and needle i used to do my projects.
I love these huge and really soft yarn. It is a lot bigger than the normal yarn and that is why i need the 9mm crochet hook for these yarns.
This one hat below is made from the above yarn. And it is perfect for little babies coz' it's really soft.

It did not take long for me to finish this, probably less than an hour, this is coz' i use the 9mm crochet hook, which also gives the baby's hat more elasticity. But i did take longer to crochet the flower on it as i was also learning from the tutorial from youtube. It was not easy.

I love this hat coz' it is so colorful, and i changes a few colors as i go along and i didn't know how it would turn out, but seems like it turn out very nice. Very happy! The color seems suitable for little kids.

This baby shirt was also not easy for me to do, as it was my first time to crochet a full shirt. And furthermore, i only uses one roll of thread and turns out, it was not enough, i have to go to Bandar and purchase another roll of the same color thread, and that also took me 2 weeks after. And i finally finish everything today. I was 50/50% satisfied, this is because, i don't really like the bottom lacey part. I have the idea of how it would look like, but i don't know how it turn out totally different from what i imagine. But overall, i guess i'm happy that i finished it. Actually, not quite, i still have to sew on some buttons when i get my hands on some.

This was the first hat i crochet. And a first timer, i am actually quite proud of myself. There are other hats i made after, but didn't manage to take a picture of it.

I guess after this, i am going to do more crochet projects, coz' i got some really awesome colored thread while i went to Bandar, HOKKO, yesterday. Untill then, tata!!
