It was Mother's Day yesterday, but in Brunei, it is not exactly a very big event. Some might go out with their mum shopping or having dinner or some might have bought gifts and cake for their mum. But for me, the most meaningful Mother's day is being able to be with my mother and my daughter and all my other loved ones to share that very special day with.
