Tiresome sleep

I wonder why i have to dream everytime i close my eyes and go to sleep.
Seriously, it is becoming a habit, as long as i shut my eyes and fell asleep, i start to dream.
I always woke up feeling i had not sleep at all.
My brain is constantly working. It's no wonder my hair keeps falling, my brain just simply does not want to rest.
And my dreams are mostly gibberish dream, meaning, it does not make any sense.
I can start dreaming that i was at the shop and suddenly, i am running away from dinosour, or flying, or trying to run away from zombie to vampire, to werewolf, to me watching a movie.
It just doesn't seem to connect very well.

I once dream that i was at work, then out of nowhere, there is this virus going around, and people were trying to escape the building, and then in front of the building, out of nowhere again, there were a bunch of werewolves who were trying to kill us. Everyone ran back in to the building, and suddenly, the virus is no more there, we are now escaping from werewolf. Weird thing is the werewolves were not able to enter the building. There were several buildings in my workplace. And one of the building was the safest, because, there was this one man, and only him, who can defeat the werewolf. He is practically like God in my dream. Everyone wanted to go to that building and be protected by him. And this man is actually one of the actor, some of you might know him. He acts in Mr.Vampire, Mr.Vampire 2, and so on. ANd in my dream he is the expert in ridding the werewolves.

So, that was one of my weird dream. There's actually more after that but i dont want to drag about it, or people might get bored. I also dreamed of witch, snakes, giant squid (My most scary dream), ghost, zombies, flying, boys i never met before, driving cars that turn to paper, driving up a hill vertically, you name it~
