There are going to be some major changes this eyar for my work place.
I will not be doing what i usually do, so it's kinda' good and kinda' bad.
The cons of changes
Firstly, of coz' , it is going to be out of my comfort zone, meaning, i will be doing something new, and out of what i normally do. (This is, i assume, the most common reason as to why people fear changes)
Secondly, i was starting to know what to do after a year plus, and now that i am starting to know what to do, i will be going to another faculty.
Thirdly, people who work with us/me will need to be inform about the changes and all the third party from all over Brunei and also the world (Malaysia/Singapore/Russia) will need to adapt to the changes as well.
Handover is surely going to be a big mess, coz there are simply so much at our hand at the moment.
Now the pros of changes
I get to meet new people from other faculty
I got new challenges to things and work, so meaning fresh
I am not going to be bored working with the same work scope.
I dont have to face the people who are making my hair fall before. (Although they might be new people who might make me bold as well when i got the new workscope)
